Meet Avance Funding

Providing Options and Solutions

TYPES OF LOANS WE OFFER

  • Hard money is called “Hard Money” because it is secured by the “Hard Asset” or the property. This is a short-term, non-conforming loan for commercial or residential investment properties, that doesn’t come from traditional lenders, but rather people or private companies that accept property or an asset as collateral.

  • Loan type needed for acquiring the property and securing funds for the renovations and upgrades to push those rents or put the right amenities in for selling.
